Inbound Marketing, contents marketing which makes the customer come to you instead of going get it, has to allow you to propose some contents which will correspond totally to the expectations of the readers, as search engines.

Use social networks ! They allow you to create a link with your customers and to develop your fame by targeting a qualified audience. The digital marketing is often described as ” the most measurable way ” but Google Analytics and other tools of analysis tell you only the volumes of visits, not the feeling of visitors, of what they think. You have to use other forms of tools of user feedback to identify your weak points (form, Twitter poll,…).

6. Manage your e-reputation

Know how to manage your e-reputation is compulsory. A bad buzz can spread quickly and cause irreversible aftereffects on your company. It is necessary to know how to use the good tools as social networks and / or your blog but you should not limit itself to it. The forums and the notices customers also are to be watched. The most important is to be reactive to avoid the distribution of negative comments.

7. Adapt your website to all devices

Your website must be available for consultation and readable on all devices (Smartphones, tablets, etc.). For it he has to be responsive or mobile. Your contents must be also adapted to answer customers mobility.

8. Stay ahead by being more flexible

If you look at the big actors as Amazon, Google, Facebook, they are all dynamics. They know how to set up new approaches to win or keep their online public.
